Baylor Scott & White Emergency Center – Forney is a freestanding emergency department affiliated with Baylor Scott & White Lake Pointe Medical Center. The $4 million ED provides convenient, high-quality emergency access to the residents of Forney and the surrounding communities. The ED is equipped to care for a wide range of emergency medicine needs 24 hours a day, seven days a week. With Primary Stroke Center Certification, the ED in Forney is ready for almost any emergency.
